Use the vSphere plugin instead

According to https://github.com/chef-partners/knife-vsphere/issues/26 that plugin (which is a lot more maintained) can also manage ESXi hosts.

Consequently, perhaps https://www.chef.io/solutions/vmware/ should be updated to de-list this project.

Further to https://github.com/chef-partners/knife-vsphere/issues/244 it might be the case that it's not possible to use the vSphere plugin for managing ESXi.

This repo has had few updates, and https://github.com/maintux/knife-esx/pull/16 has been left unmerged since June 2014.

Is there something better than this?
