Why do you want to join the maintainers organization?

I'm always wanting to learn and grow as a developer and while I've learned a lot since making CT public a couple of years ago, I'd still love to learn from other maintainers about things like working with contributors, making their projects efficient and reliable, dealing with mental health and the cost of devoting a lot of energy to a project, and more! Similarly, I'd love to be able to contribute back to the community too!
