[FR] Remember the last selected printer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have several printers. Every time I open mainsail, it always lands on the first printer in the list (and the list can't be ordered)

Describe the solution you'd like When I open mainsail, I'd like to access the previous printer I was connected to. This should be browser dependant (i.e. Cookie/data store)
