Dashboard Category for Custom Variables

Requested feature:

Create a new dashboard category that allows you to display custom variables from Klipper.

Solves the following problem:

You can display custom variables on the display screen in Klipper but unfortunately there is currently no way to do this in Mainsail. This would be useful when you want to monitor custom settings (listing what filament is current in the printer with MMU3, etc).
