Wrong FPs efficiency calculation

Hi, there is something wrong with efficiency rating - does not reflect the size of connected buildings but counts the FPs produced by them..

Example (not sure if it's the only one) Terracotta Vineyard:

it should be:

16 FPs / (16,5+10+10) = 0,44 (if it's possible to count only extensions affecting FPs - and likewise for other boosts)

or at least this

8 FPs / 16,5 tiles = 0,5 (if it's not possible to count individual extensions, in this case those extensions should be displayed separately although they are collected together with the main building)
