Support display of unscanned messages

Currently we do not support to identify if a message was scanned or not.

  • [ ] update DB schema: add field for if mail is scanned
  • [ ] add value of $message->{scanmail} to sql query (MailWatch.pm)
  • [ ] update mail list ( current db_colorised_table) and detail.php to display the status
