Emails not being sent when using templates

Hey All, I am trying to move to Mailjet from Mailchimp but I am facing an error when I pass the Variables and set TemplateLanguage to True. I am getting "Status": "success" but not getting the mail and if is don't set TemplateLanguage then I am gettiing the mail but can't set the variables.

any ideas??
