Please add get identity by email operation

Sometimes you want to check if certain identity is verified and you don't have their id available. So you have to use get list operation which is not good for performance as you can only get 100 records max per request (I'm having to loop on this request to make sure I'm checking the whole list looking for the given identity).

Please make it available on the API also. Thanks in advance!

@Agathe-Brusset thanks for the response. The status on the UI unfortunately is not helpful in this case, I have to verify it dynamically in my backend. Looking forward for the new implementations!
