Feature Request: Add a rule to drop mail for certain addresses

Currently you can have "allow" rules that will relay mail out to smtp server. You can also have "deny" rules that will appear in the web interface but not be relayed out. Is it possible to have a new rule added such as a "drop" rule to just drop traffic for specific emails/domains. For example, a developer has code that s spamming maildev dozens of times a minute because of some plugin he used. I am currently just deleting all emails every 24 hours to keep the system usable. Can a new "drop" rule be added that will literally just route the email to /dev/null and not have it show up in either the rest/web interface or be routed to smtp?
