Bypass sender-dependent transport maps for large attachments

Summary

I have some of my customers set up on my postmark account. Today one of my customers tried to send a 25 MB attachment. I'd like all their email to go out through postmark for the best deliverability, however large attachments will hit postmark limits.

Motivation

I think it would be super handy if emails above a predetermined size could bypass the sender-dependent transport automatically.
