Describe the bug \Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Navigation\Menu::add_plugin_item will be removed in WooCommerce 9.4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the plugin
  2. Navigate around
  3. Check logs
  4. See error: image

Expected behavior This warning not to appear anymore so I can update to WooCommerce 9.4 when it arrives.
