[feature] per page dictionary?

this image displays what I would like to know whether it could be added to reledmac:
It is not a critical apparatus, but the per-page dictionary (or register), above the notes with references to the line numbers of the main text.
I don’t know what it would involve (from a coding perspective), but it would require that the new notes group would be reordered alphabetically.
The book was generated with a word processor by hand (using tables and a huge amount of time).
I wonder whether such a capability could be added as a feature to reledmac.

I think yes, it could be possible, using an external sorting tool (like makeindex, xindy and co). The main problem is that I have not anytime yet for reledmac.
This is mainly to show others a way to typeset automatically.
