If you downloads throught git clone, then you can cd Into / open a command window at the directory your POGOServer is installed and run git pull. If you downloaded through the zip, then the only thing you can do is redownload everything. TIP: do not delete the data folder, as it is compatible with all versions and it takes a long time to download.
