Error at babel-node --presets=es2015 "/src/index.js

While setting up the server, I got Apache/MySQL, Node.js, XAmp and all installed ok. The problem I am running into is when I try running the server and it errors out, saying notify the dev and inform about the babel error mentioned. Any clues how to get it working?
