Hey Maryom, that's a pretty great idea! The README is auto-generated so I'll need to find a way to generate this in generate_docs.py, but I'll put it on the feature list :)

I have an idea to do it: we need to update format_category method, in this loop: for project in project_map[tag_entry]:

we can check if it is the last element: write [back to top](#readme)
