Add the ability to lock the pastelog with a password

  • [ ] When a user clicks a pastelog link if it is protected prompt for a password
  • [ ] Passwords should be hashed before storing
  • [ ] Show a blur effect to obscure the preview
  • [ ] Password dialog should not be dismissable
