Add a Note feature on web pages

This feature will allow adding notes via a chrome plugin at a particular position of the web page.

Right click on any web page should prompt

• Add to Pastelog
• Opens a small Window with a note taking feature
• On Adding a note for a web page users will have an option to view notes for that page.
