Cannot safely eject usb drive and getting BSOD if i do it not safe

I have linux installed on external ssd drive with btrfs using it. I installed this driver to be able to read data from this disk so i could transfer files from my linux system to my windows 10 when booted to windows, cause i had access to my windows drive from linux but not otherwise.

I was not using my linux drive from windows, it was just connected through usb and nothing was reading its files. Then i needed one more free usb slot so i decided to eject this linux drive, as id like not to lose anything on it i tried to safely eject it, but it says that something is using it. So then i thought that there is too low chance of something bad could happen so i diceded to eject it not safely, and i got BSOD.

I dont remember what error code it was and i cant tell is it regular bug or just some random thing influenced on it cause im not testing it anymore :/

Found a way to detach the drive without restarting pc: everything is alright if i do it when windows is sleeping

Yes, you have to anesthetize him first.
