E:\ is not accessible - The device is not ready

I've installed version 1.7.5 on Windows 10.0.19041 Build 19041.

The driver show as installed and functioning correctly. The drive is visible in Explorer. But when I double click the drive it popups up with the error:

I've also tried installing the latest version of WinMD. No luck

Any ideas?

same here. it tells me to format the USB. it is not reading my btrfs usb (i formatted it to btrfs with linux)
