Web-UI: Find prefix by quick search field with page > 1 return empty list

Describe the bug Empty list instead of prefix

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Web-UI, Rates, Tariffs
2. Click on [>] or [>>] button at page bottom for switch to second or bigger page
3. Input in top field [Search prefix] any correct short prefix which exists in database but not displayed on current page and press [🔍] button
4. See empty list with zeros pages count

Expected behavior Display subprefixes with correct page count

If switch to first page and start prefix search on first page, all work correctly. Problem also present on Rates - Prefixes and Routes -> Provider Rates

It not so critical, but better fix this.

hello, to make filter, you need bak to page 1 before apply the filter.

P.S. At first test i think about severe database / server problem. This behavior not evidently. But if it can't be fixed easily - will use as is, it not so critical. Thank you for help.
