Category search not working for categery names using Georgian alphabet

The category search does not seem to work if the first character of the category name is from the Georgian alphabet. See for example 28454258 and 28454261. However, if the first character is not from the Georgian alphabet it seems to work, even if other characters are from the Georgian alphabet. See for example 28454199 and 28454252.
