Field "title starts with", "title ends with" and "title includes"

Could you please add these fields? They would probably fit best in the tab "Page properties".

It would be best if operators AND and OR could be used with these fields.

Here is one exemplary use-case:

• Title starts with: Research OR
• Title ends with: research
• Negative categories: Research by field

This one example query would be used to find all articles that resemble e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Research_in_lithium-ion_batteries but aren't in e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Energy_research (which here is the case)
