Network proxy support

Hi, thanks for this project!

Is there support for adding network server proxies? In the Quassel Mac client there is an "Edit" button next to each server which allows me to configure a SOCKS 5 proxy:

It does look like the field is configurable in the npm module: http://magne4000.github.io/libquassel/3.1.0/class/src/network.js~Server.html#instance-member-proxyHost
