Working on slave - does the master pick up any transcodes?

I finally got it working and can now see a stream transcoding on my slave.

Now trying a 2nd stream. Should the master ever transcode natively, or do I need to run an instance of the transcoder there for that to pick up a request?

No the master don't transcode, you need to launch a transcoder on it
