I've been putting this off for a long time, but it's getting annoying to need two postprocessing steps for video processing.

The plan:

Subtitle inputs:

• VOBSUB (dvd)
• sup/pgs (bluray)
• atsc (ccextractor -out report will work as detection.)
• srt
• ffmpeg supported codecs?

Outputs:

• Sidecar SRTs
• MKV only, inline SRT
• mov_text

Handle forced/foreign language vs closed captions?

subproc/ folder created in master as reference.
