S1aptester process for containerized agw on arm

Summary
Changes have been made to:
- Updated the hosts inventory (lte/gateway/deploy/hosts)
- Created a new playbook iperfserver.yml
- Created a new playbook s1aptester.yml
Test Plan
Setup has been deployed on AWS. Run the LTE integ tests.
Additional Information
Not all the tests succeeding. We gradually resolve the failing tests.
