Allow graphs to be saved to and opened from the device

With the implementation of https://github.com/magjac/graphviz-visual-editor/issues/70, it will be possible to have multiple named graphs in the browser's local storage. A natural extension would be to also be able to save to and load from the device the browser is running on, for example a computer's file system.
