Update all dependants to use the "new" definition macros

Soon it will be two years since we started to prefix the names of our definition macros with transient-.

The obsolete aliases are likely to be removed in the next release, which is planned to happen soon.

Package maintainers, before merging my pull-request, please make sure I made no mistake, both manually and by using the byte-compiler. Also forgive me for not following your pull-request template, if any.

The aliases are gone.

https://github.com/abrochard/magit-circleci/pull/5 still hasn't been merged, but there isn't much I can do about that.
