Just a Question before

A wonderful GUI and very easy to use!

I'm using PCLinuxOS and therefore have no systemd dependencies.

Would it be a problem for you if I rewrite Cable without the systemd service and offer it as a package for PCLinuxOS?

If so, then I'll leave it alone.

Currently, everything seems to be working well, and I don't need to restart Wireplumber or Pipewire via a service, because they run as daemons and plugins (pipewire-pulse...).

And changes to the settings seem to be applied immediately.

But I could be wrong at this early stage of testing.
