Problem: README doesn't really explain what this project is about

Ecko's README file is really vague. It does not explain well what Ecko is , what it does and how is it different (see #328 )

There should be a clearly versed text, that will explain, or at least link, the basics:

• what is Ecko
• why it is separate from Mastodon
• how is it different
• why we use C4
• what is C4
• how to contribute
• can you contribute not being a programmer
• (... others?)
