Problem: Undescribed media CSS is only available on specific themes

The issue of highlighting undescribed media is really orthogonal to choice of theme, but currently it's only implemented in two of Ecko's themes.

Proposed solution: Add checkbox for programmatic addition to UI no matter which theme is selected.

@weex Could you point out some of the undescribed media. Maybe a screen shot ref would also help here.

Yes, it's what was addressed by #392.

Undescribed media are images and videos that have no caption for those using a screenreader. Under the themes that PR added, such media highlighted like this: Screen Shot 2022-01-31 at 8 33 12 AM
