unable to log in

When I go to log in initially, the loading wheel spins for a few minutes before "an unknown error has occurred" shows up at the top of the login prompt. When I checked the Home Assistant log file, this line was at the very bottom: botocore.exceptions.ConnectionClosedError: Connection was closed before we received a valid response from endpoint URL: "https://cognito-idp.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/".

The entire log entry can be found here, if needed https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZ8vUUXZfn94jDqSOVyEgYAVNiBrHz72PnPX

I'm also getting an error during login and when I check the logs it says user doesn't exist even though I can log in using those credentials on the app and web app

A similar issue for another user was resolved recently that seemed to be due to special characters used in the password. I don't know which characters were related and didn't have the password to test with, but if you have any special characters (especially at the end) would you mind changing your password to something simple (eg numbers and letters) to see if it will work correctly with that? If it's indeed related to certain characters and we can narrow that down then that gives me something to work with.

I am having a similar issue, log is showing an authentication error. I changed my password to have only letters with no luck.

Changing password to letters and numbers works.
