Joystick Mouse will not work when cursor is hidden

On certain applications where the cursor is hidden the Joystick Mouse will not work. Perhaps a new Hidden cursor mode? One of these applications I tried it on was Minecraft here you can see the cursor is hidden. Image 06-02-2021 at 15 04
