Joy Con not going onto second screen.

Pretty self explanatory.

Whenever I try to put the cursor on my second screen after I select a window on it, it pops down to the bottom of my first screen. After that, I can only move the cursor in the x-direction. In this state, I can move the cursor vertically with my trackpad, but not with the joy-con. This effect stops when I click a window or the desktop on my first screen. I am on macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 and have not updated yet to the next version.
