Custom Settings Not Saving

Hey there, would love some help with this - whenever my MacBook Pro turns back on, the custom settings are wiped and none of my mapped changes are saved. I have to manually re-create them all every time. I haven't seen any other comments relating to this issue, so perhaps I've just installed the program incorrectly which prevents it from saving / loading saved settings?

Any help would be much appreciated!
