You will need to increase the maximum execution time so that its more than 30seconds This is the max_execution_time in the php.ini settings on the server.

Weird, not seeing such a problem, have you tried recently to update the country files and its failed? if not i'd try that first

have you got a paid account on QRZ does changing it to HamQTH with a login make any difference etc
