Change in how long Cloudlog takes to upload new QSOs to eQSL

Describe the bug When uploading new QSOs to eQSL from Cloudlog, it now takes a lot longer to complete than before. Since I do POTA activations that I log via separate locations, the list to upload now includes hundreds of unsent QSOs that aren't intended for eQSL (I haven't filled out the eQSL nickname in preferences because eQSL doesn't handle multiple locations very easily.)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to your callsign in upper-right corner
2. Click on eQSL Import/Export
3. Click on "Upload QSOs" button
4. Wait!

Expected behaviour Any QSOs without an eQSL QTH Nickname established should NOT be queued for upload.

Additional context I'm using the latest station_logbooks branch.
