Describe the solution you'd like I suggest this utility should be provided as a shell built-in, as this is the case with other shells, and some Linux distributions do not come with the utility installed (although it can be easily installed through a package manager)

Describe alternatives you've considered This can simply be rejected if you want, and we can leave it up to the user to have time as its own binary.

Additional context I think it would make sense for this utility to be built-in, as it would probably be more accurate (?). Also, as seen in the title, there is a typo in the error message with a mismatch of ` and '
