+1 to optimize vram requirements.. Just ran out of vram on my duplicated space setup with Nvidia A10G large as per your recommendation.. In my opinion, generation speed is secondary to vram optimization. Great work on this project by the way, thank you very much!
The optimizations may come from the community. Most people have 8GB GPUs so that's the number they shoot for. Half precision models and such. Also from what I have seen it almost.looks like an animatediff style setup could be possible in comfyui. It has more models but looks possible from a casual viewers perspective.
My laptop has only 6GB vram and I also hope the MagicAnimate team optimize for it.
