Rate is not automatically switching when changing country.

As reported before in https://github.com/mageplaza/magento-2-multi-flat-rates/issues/5, the shipping rate is not automatically updating again. We're using Magento Enterprise 2.4.1-p1. Only by clicking the Next button do we get the updated rate, and have to select it before going to the payment page.
