Is there a language pack in informal german (du statt Sie)?

@t40 i created one based on the splendidinternet language pack by replacing "Sie" by "Du" and adapting the surrounding words to the new sentence structure. Feel free to open issues or PRs if you find problems: https://github.com/basecom/Magento2_German_LocalePack_de_DE
