Create Swiss language pack

Hello! Can you create a language pack for Switzerland including four languages? It will contain at least de_CH and fr_CH localizations files. It is pretty easy to create a Swiss german locale pack by replacing "ß" with "ss" in an entire store.

For the time being, we are not able to create more language packets as you desire. I truly hope for your understanding.
