Date Range Issue - Wrong date picked

I am experiencing problems with the date range picker. If you select date 1 feb 2021 and saved the date picker it will show 2 jan 2021. It seems the date get's wrong evaluated. If you select a date where the day and month cannot be mixed if will not show this behaviour.
