If you want to use Elasticsearch 8 module, you can't apply this patch because elasticsearch7 module has deleted by installation flow. In additional, if keep elasticsearch7 module and apply this patch – target bug doesn't fix with enabled elasticsearch8 module.

I've applied a patch with M2.4.6-p1 with Opensearch, but the issue is not resolved, same this patch will only work on elasticsearch7, So I've to switch from Opensearch to Elasticsearch7. after that, I am able to get 10k items with pagination, but I passed the total count of items in pageSize, and it always returns total_count 0.
