Commit "Updating Tailwind to V3 (#4196)" rolled back some code changes. As result, we lost PR "Bug: https://github.com/magento/pwa-studio/pull/4180 - Layered navigation Options are not visible when no results are available" from Release 14.0.1 Changelog . I assume other changes are also lost.
