Offline navigation isn't working*

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate between the hmoe page and some categories page
  2. Click on product and go to PDP page
  3. Run the offline mode from the network
  4. Move between the pages you vesited before
  5. See this errors

this ticket is not reproducible anymore since fixed under ticket https://github.com/magento/pwa-studio/pull/4075 hence marking it as duplicated and closed as per the fixed applied already.
