No robots meta tag in head tag

The robots meta tag not added to the head tag. Search Engine Robots -> Default Robots setting not reflecting on front-end. See tag docs: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/robots/robots_meta_tag

Solution: The meta tag is added to head tag and reflects configuration value.
