[feature]: Storefront needs to automatically update the newly added/changes translations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a developer when I add new translations or edit existing ones the watcher needs to be restarted. This is obviously not ideal since it really breaks the development flow/focus.

At the moment the watcher actually restarts but it doesn't reflect on the frontend until we restart the watcher.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the frontend to automatically reload when I add, edit or remove a translation.
