Slow full text search on catalog products grid with 4 million products

Steps to reproduce

Create 4 million skus, mixed simple and configurable products and try to search using the full text search. The system times out

Expected result

Search works and doesn't time out.

Actual result

As per the video, it times out

We have verified the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the attached video.

When we are searching with keyword it is getting timeout and results in error.

Hence Confirming the issue.

We have the same error for 2 million products. Magento version 2.4.7. @rostilos, I tested your fix.
But the problem is still reproduced. Do you have any updates on this problem?
