HTML minification does not process html static files

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.5

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable HTML minification
2. Generate static content
3. Set deploy mode to production
4. Load frontend home, and check html files loaded

Expected result

HTML static files are minified.

Example :
